面向色纺过程的质量异常预警方法
Warning method of abnormal quality oriented colored spun process
摘要
Abstract
To realize online detection of quality of color spinning process ,the quality fluctuation behavior in the color spinning forming process is analyzed ,and the generation mechanism of uncertainty factors that affect colored spinning quality fluctuation was studied .And then ,ac‐cording to Tian′s quality loss function ,the mechanism of the quality characteristic value fluctu‐ation was explored from the perspective of process parameters design theory .Furthermore , through using the grey relational analysis method ,the correlation coefficient and correlation function between the influencing factors and spinning quality were designed ,and then a method of warning of abnormal color spinning quality was proposed .Experimental and simulation re‐sults show that the proposed warning method can facilitate the analysis of colored spinning quality characteristics value fluctuation regular and the warning of uncertainty factors effecting on colored spinning quality characteristics value ,and can provide the theoretical basis of intelli‐gent analysis of colored spinning quality and of improving resource utilization rate for China′s textile industry .关键词
