Abstract
Some thin sheet parts have limitation on their exposing time .It is usually hard to meet their freshness requirements w hen sorting by traditional vibrating plate .Even human operation or multi-freedom manipulators cannot solve the problems completely .Based on the analysis of the screening theory ,an automatic sorting vibrating screen with inclined baseboard was established . It could satisfy the sorting requirements of a kind of medical testing strips and dry filmss with on-ly little parts not being flat stacked in the screen .The screen was developed by designing a special cover structure with a funnel-shaped hole cover on it .By reciprocating vibration ,the final screen-penetrating probability was more than 99% . And compared with the uncovered structure , it could satisfy the sorting and efficiency requirements completely under the condition of increasing the reciprocating vibrating times by 7% .As a result of fact ,the new vibrating screen can be widely used for the sorting of time-limited thin sheet parts .关键词
