基于发动机转矩与转速控制的 AMT 换挡策略研究
Research on shift strategy of AMT vehicle based on engine torque and speed control

Abstract
In order to improve the shift quality of the automated mechanical transmission (AM T ) , the key factors affecting the automated mechanical transmission’s shift quality was analyzed .And a new shift strategy of AM T vehicle based on engine torque and speed control was proposed .The shifting process was divided into three phases by the control strategy ,and each phase implemen‐ted the joint control between the engine and the clutch ,which improved the quality of AMT vehi‐cle .To validate the above‐mentioned control strategy ,a simulation model of hydraulic AM T was established based on the MATLAB/Simulink software .Rapid control prototype of transmission control unit (TCU) was set up based on dSPACE and tested on a AMT vehicle .The results of simulation and test showed that the shift strategy of AM T vehicle based on engine torque and speed control improved the shift quality and made the shifting process more comfortable .关键词
