基础振动下 TBM 推进液压系统工作特性研究
Research on the characteristics of the TBM thrust hydraulic system under fundamental vibration

Abstract
TBM (tunnel boring machine) will be affected by strong external vibrations when it is working .In order to study the influence characteristic of the strong vibrations to the thrust hy‐draulic system ,firstly the principle of the TBM thrust hydraulic system was summarized ,then the AMESim model for the thrust hydraulic system under fundamental vibration was established , the correctness of the simulation model was experimentally verified ,and finally the speed fluctua‐tions and frequency domain influenced by external vibration frequency and the vibration amplitude were studied .Results showed that ,hydraulic cylinder pushing speed was influenced by external vibration ,the impact became the biggest when the external vibration frequency was 40‐60 Hz ;the influence of the change of the vibration amplitude was lower than the change of the vibration frequency ;the cutoff frequency of the thrust hydraulic system was about 13 Hz .When the out‐side vibration frequency was higher than it , the frequency characteristic of hydraulic system would become worse ,and the hydraulic cylinder was difficult to make the appropriate response to the input signals .关键词
