摘要

Abstract

In allusion to simulation on temperature field of electric power cable and calculation on its ampacity,a kind of cal-culation software for temperature field and ampacity of electric power cable based on finite element and equivalent thermal resistance method is developed. The software applies object-oriented Visual C# language and Windows Presentation Foun-dation technology on Microsoft Visual Studio platform and it is provided with highly modular three-layer architecture inclu-ding view layer,control layer and model layer. The software realized functions such as analytic calculation and numerical calculation on ampacity of the cable,numerical analysis on temperature of the cable and data visualization. Meanwhile,it proceeded testing on calculation veracity of the software by using technical data of the cable plant. Compared with other business software,this software is more professional in calculation field of cable parameters and could save time of establis-hing finite element model of the cable.
