基于生态补偿的区域水权交易价格研究
Study on Regional Water Rights Trading Price Based on Ecological Compensation
摘要
Abstract
Water right trading is inevitably effected by the publicity of water resources causing external effects .Exploring on ecologi-cal compensation mechanism of water rights trading is of great significance for the maintenance of third party rights , protection of wa-ter environment and sustainable development of water resource .With inter-regional water rights trading as research subject , by an-alyzing characteristics of two different regional water right trading ( inner -basin and inter -basin ) , an ecological compensation method is proposed based on cost estimation of alternative scheme , and regional water rights trading price pricing model is estab-lished based on the ecological compensation mechanism so as to provide a reference method for the construction of water rights trading system.关键词
