摘要
Abstract
Water right trading between water users is an effective way to achieve optimal allocation of regional water resources . Studies on such problems as the setting of water rights trading price and the ecological compensation mechanism between different in -dustry water users within the same region , an user's water rights trading price adjustment coefficient has been brought up , which re-flects different pollution levels in different industries and is proposed as a major factor of ecological compensation in water rights trading and taken into the water right transaction pricing model to explore the ecological compensation mechanism of inter -user water rights trading .关键词
