Abstract
The small and medium-sized river regulation project is a comprehensive project .It covers a wide area , and a large num-ber of abandoned slags are produced .Meanwhile , it has the characteristics of linear and point type project of soil and water loss . When compiling soil and water conservation scheme of these projects , it should be to clear water and soil erosion prevention and con-trol of limitation of liability , prevention and control of partition , appropriate prediction methods should be selected , the system of soil and water conservation measures should be supplemented on the basis of main works analysis and evaluation , reasonable soil and water conservation monitoring should be arranged .关键词
