Abstract
In public bidding processes of water conservancy , one of the most significant parts is the preparation of bidding budget . To ensure the bidding budget could estimate the project cost and its market price accurately , cost engineers should 1) be familiar with the budget preparation methods; 2 ) have a good understanding of the technical terms in the contract and a comprehensive investigation in the construction site;3) seriously select and use the relevant quota .关键词
