功能性构音障碍患儿自愈情况分析

Abstract
Objective To investigate self-cure condition in children who have functional articulation disorder and do not receive any treatment within one year follow-up.Methods Two hundred and forty-seven children with functional ar-ticulation disorder were enrolled in this study.They were divided into 5 groups according to their ages.We accessed the articulation ability of these children after one-year follow-up and analysis the relationship between the articulation develop-ment and their ages.Results Eighty-three in 247 children ( 33.6%) with functional articulation disorder were self -cured.The self-cure condition of individual groups are as follow:age between 3-4 yrs group 15/24(62.5%);age be-tween 4-5 yrs group 25/87(28.7%);age between 5-6 yrs group 21/69 (30.4%);age between 6-7 yrs group 16/40 (40%);age more than 7 yrs group 6/27 (22.2%).Conclusion There is relationship between the ages and self-cure condition of children with functional articulation disorder.Age between 3~4 yrs group has the highest self-cure abil-ity, while the age more than 7yrs rank the lowest.关键词
