Effect of miR-195 on the abilities of proliferation, migration and invasion in gastric cancer cell

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of microRNA -195 (miR-195) on the proliferation, migration and invasion of gastric cancer cells .Methods Human gastric cancer cell lines , including SGC-7901 cells and BGC-823 cells, were selected, and were transfected with miR -195 mimics and inhibitors, respectively.The expression level of miR-195 mRNA was assessed using real time fluorescent quantitative PCR after transfection .Through the CCK8 method and transwell assay , the effect of miR-195 on migration and invasion of gastric cancer cells was analyzed .Results Ac-cording to CCK8 test, significant inhibition on the proliferation of SGC -7901 cells was produced by transfection of miR -195 mimics compared with the negative control group ( unrelated sequence );while significant enhancement in proliferation of BGC-823 cells was observed .According to transwell assay , compared with negative control group , transfection of miR-195 mimics significantly inhibited the migration and invasion of SGC -7901 cells;while transfection of miR-195 inhibitor enhanced them .Conclusion miR-195 play an important role on proliferation , migration and invasion of gastric cancer cells, suggesting a potential targeted gene in therapy of gastric cancer .关键词
