佛山市南海区社区老年女性高血压流行现状及相关因素分析
Study of prevalence and associated factors of hypertension in Foshan Nanhai aged female population

Abstract
Objective To identify the prevalence of hypertension and risk factors among Guangdong aged female population using data from Foshan Nanhai community survey.Methods Muti-stage random sampling was used, and 5 032 women aged over 60 years were selected in 8 geographical regions of Foshan Nanhai.A cross-sectional study was conducted.Data of these residents were collected with questionnaire by face-to-face interview.Physical examinations and blood pressures were taken by trained interviewers.Data was analyzed with SPSS 13.0 software.Multivariate logistic regression was taken for analyses of risk factors.Results The prevalence of hypertension in aged female of Foshan Nanhai was 42.5%, and the awareness rate was 70.6%.The results obtained from logistic regression model analyses indicated that the risk of hypertension was 40%higher for those over 65 years than those between 60 to 64 years.Higher BMI meant higher hypertension risk.Obesity females were twice likely suffering from hypertension than normal ones.Central obesity women were about 1.4 times more dangerous than others.Other related factors included marriage status and exercise. Conclusion Age, increased body mess index, Central obesity and abnormal marital status were important risk factor of aged female.关键词
