ServoSystem Parameters Optimization Basedon Orthogonal Experiment for Machining Process
摘要
Abstract
This paper presents aservo system parameters optimizationmethod based on orthogonal experiment.The machining process modelisbuiltandanalyzed. Theorthogonal experiment factors,levelsandevaluation indexes areselected.The system optimal parameters are obtained by means of data analysisandparametersoptimizationtoimprovedynamic propertyand stability performanceof the system.Iftheparameters ofthe machiningsystemaren=600r/min,Kn=1mm/(V·s),Ks=1670N/mm2, Ke=2mm,p=1, the optimal parameters ofthe servo system is as follows.Its index numbermis0.6.Itsdamping factorζis0.8. Its natural frequencyωnis 30rad/s.关键词
