The Lens Demisting System for LED Stage Illumination
摘要
Abstract
This paper presents a new compact structure of lens demisting control system used in LED stage illuminations, which has lower internal temperature than the tradition ones, to prevent or eliminate the condensation buildup in lens, which seriously affects the light efficiency and spot definition of illumination devices when there is high humidity. The new structure arranges in the lens evenly heating the lens according to temperature and humidity with lightweight aluminum substrate resistance heaters inside,and controlled by microcomputer. The experimental results show that system can eliminate water mist within 8 minutes when humidity of the environment is 90% and temperature is 25℃.关键词
