摘要

Abstract

The traditional method of detection subsea pipeline is electromagnetic technology. This method has some shortcomings such as positioning error, difficult to determine the depth of pipeline etc. The Acoustic Detection Technology can compensate for the above shortcomings. The paper introduces the GeoPuls acoustic pipeline detection systems, field work and data processing methods according to a example of Acoustic Detection Technology using in subsea oil pipeline and water pipeline in Shandong.
