Abstract
Comprehensive budget was an important approach to the promotion of enterprise management level. The establishment and improvement of a scientific overall budget management system helped the enterprises realize the business objectives. Based on the above, the overall budget management status of a survey and design enterprise (hereinafter referred to as SDE) was analyzed in detail. The analysis results were combined with advanced budget management theories and concepts in China and abroad to optimize the overall budget management of SDE by completing the overall budget management organization, perfecting the system, establishing scientific and reasonable budget targets, introducing information management means, improving the supervision, control and assessment systems for the overall budget management.关键词
