不同青稞品种(系)芽期耐盐性鉴定
Evaluation of salt tolerance of hulless barley cultivars during germination
摘要
Abstract
This study aims to evaluate salt tolerance of 34 hulless barley cultivars according to indexes of germina-tion including germinative force ,germination rate ,germination index ,germination vigor .Correlation analysis and princi-pal component analysis indicated that cultivars of XQ 0478 ,Baiyuqingke ,XQ0792 ,XQ0198 ,and N4-1had higher salt tolerance ,while Aiheiliu ,Aliumi ,9718 and 9803-2 showed lower tolerance .According to synthetic evaluation value (D) ,the 34 cultivars were clustered into three groups :Group A ,D value>0 .5 ,eight cultivars ;Group B ,D<0 .3 , four cultivars ;and Group C , D value between 0 .3 and 0 .5 ,the remaining 22 cultivars with medium salt tolerance .关键词
