甘草愈伤组织蛋白质组双向电泳技术的建立
Establishment and optimization of two-dimensional gel electrophoresis for proteome of Glycyrrhiza uralensis

Abstract
Callus of Glycyrrhiza uralensis was used in this research for extraction of total proteins ,SDS -PAGE , loading quantity and staining method ,allowing optimization of the two-dimensional gel electrophoresis (2D-E) technolo-gy .The results showed that improved acetone precipitation could increase the protein contents and image resolution of gel electrophoresis .There were 1 132 protein spots identified using silver staining when the loading quantity of the sample protein was 450 μg/(17 cm IPG trip ) .This research developed a 2D-E method applicable for protein analysis of Gly-cyrrhiz a uralensis callus .关键词
