我国农村地震安全政策法规综述
Review on rural earthquake-safety policy in China
摘要
Abstract
To investigate the earthquake-safety policy in rural area of China,we conduc-ted literature reviews,surveys,interviews to collect governmental suggestions,notes,laws, regulations about rural seismic mitigation.Then the rural mitigation measures are organized and summarized from the collected documents.Finally,it was pointed out that in order to establish a better policy system the government need to explicit the strategy goals,improve the law and regulation system,strengthen government's function of supervision,and guaran-tee the policy investment.关键词
