普鲁卡因局部封闭加胸腺肽治疗神经性皮炎的临床研究
Partial closure of procaine combined with thymosin in treatment of neurodermatitis

Abstract
Objective To investigate the efficacy of partial closure of procaine combined with thymosin in the treatment of neurodermatitis.Methods 134 patients with neurodermatitis were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group according to randomized controlled trials, 67 for each group. Thecontrol group were conventionally treated; in addition, the observation group were treated with partial closure of procaine and thymosin. The clinical efifcacies were compared between these two groups.Results 7, 14, 21, and 28 days after the treatment, the total effective rates of the observation group were 7.46%, 80.60%, 94.03%, and 100.00%, respectively, which were signiifcantly higher than those of the control group (0.00%, 22.39%, 43.28%, and 71.64%) (P < 0.05). 3 months after the treatment, the recurrence rate was 0.00% in the observation group and 22.39% (15/67) in the control group, with a statistical difference (P< 0.05). The results of 4 follow-ups and scoring after the treatment showed that pruritus and skin lesions improved more and faster and the total symptom score was signiifcantly lower in the observation group than in the control group, with statistical differences (P < 0.05).ConclusionsPartial closure of procaine combined with thymosin in the treatment of neurodermatitis is effective, can lower recurrence rate and cut the cost down, and is worth being clinically generalized.关键词
