改良式单孔锥颅置管引流术治疗慢性硬膜下血肿疗效分析

Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical efifcacy of modiifed cranial catheter drainage through one cone for choronic subdural hematoma. Methods 100 patient with subdural hematoma treated at our hospital from January, 2011 to January, 2013 were selected and were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group, 50 for each group. The control group were treated with routine surgery and the observation group with modified cranial catheter drainage through one cone. After the treatment, the efficacies were observed.Results After the treatment, 30 (60.0%)were cured and 20 (40.0%) got better in the observation group, with a total effective rate of 100.0% and 26 (52.0%) cured, 18 (36.0%) better, and 6 (12.0%) effectless in the control group, with a total effective rate of 88.0%, with statistical differences between these two groups.Conclusions Modiifed cranial catheter drainage through one cone for choronic subdural hematoma can improve the treatment effect and prognosis.关键词
