护理督导在耐多药结核病患者护理中的应用效果分析

Abstract
Objective To investigate application effect of nursing supervision in the nursing care for patients with multi-drug resistant tuberculosis. Methods184 patients with multi-drug resistant tuberculosis were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group, 92 cases for each group. The control group were routinely nursed; in addition, the observation group received nursing supervision. Before and after the intervention, the life qualities of the two groups were evaluated by health survey (SF-36). The treatment compliance and clinical efifcacy of these two groups were statistically analyzed.ResultsAfter the intervention, the scores of each factor in SF-36 were signiifcantly higher than those before the intervention in the observation group and were signiifcantly higher in the observation group than in the control group (P<0.05). The good compliance rate of the observation group was 89.1%, which was signiifcantly higher than the control group’s 58.7% (P<0.05). The cured rate of the observation group was 54.3%, which was signiifcantly higher than the control group’s 28.3% (P<0.05). Conclusions Nursing supervision can effectively enhance treatment compliance and improve life quality and is helpful for improving therapeutic effect.关键词
