社工介入工休会对护理工作满意度的影响

Abstract
Objective To improve the quality of nursing work exploring the influence of work experience forum with social workers’ participation on the satisfaction degree of nursing work.Methods 186 patients participating work experience forum from July to December, 2012 were set as a control group and 140 ones participating the forum with social workers’ participations as a observation group. The satisfaction degrees of nursing work in the service attitude and caring for the patients were evaluated in both groups before discharging. Results There were statistical differences in very and generally satisifed in service attitude(χ2=6.09,χ2=22.6,P<0 .05) but no in satisifed and not satisifed (χ2=0.582,χ2=2.24, P<0.05) between these two groups. There were statistical differences in very and generally satisifed and satisifed in caring for the patients (χ2=12.3,χ2=4.88,χ2=21.21,P<0.05) but no in not satisifed (χ2=0.75,P> 0.05) between these two groups.ConclusionsWork experience forum with social workers’ participation can enhance the communication and understandingness between medical workers and patients, solve the social, economic, family, occupational, psychological problems caused by disease, improve medical worker-patient relationship, and increase the satisfaction degree of nursing work.关键词
