Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of psychological nursing intervention in sodium hyaluronate (SH) for knee osteoarthritis.Methods86 patients with knee osteoarthritis treated with sodium hyaluronate were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random digital table, 43 for each group. The control group were cared with general nursing methods; in addition, the observation were intervened with psychological nursing care. The clinical effects were compared between these two groups.Results The total effective rate was obviously higher in the observation group than in the control group (97.67% vs. 83.72%,χ2=4.96,P=4.96). Before the nursing intervention, there was no statistical difference in anxiety score between these two groups(t=0.17,P=0.17); after the intervention, the anxiety score was signiifcantly lower in the observation group than in the control group (t=16.94,P=16.94). ConclusionsPsychological nursing intervention in sodium hyaluronate for patients with knee osteoarthritis can effectively reduce joint pain, markedly improve anxiety status, and delay the joint disease. Careful nursing before and after operation and effective psychological nursing intervention can help the patients recover early and improve their life quality.关键词
