The applications of macro-program and automatic programming software in complex curved surface parts processing
摘要
Abstract
For the difficulty of program and the machining contour′s characteristic of uneasy to control when we face non-cir-cular curve revolution surface parts which are complex shaped in the parts′numerically controlled machining processing,u-sing macro-programming methods′variable arithmetic and logical operations function and transfer and circulation function can accurately program complex contour parts′machining program.And also,using CAXA numerical control turning auto-matic programming software′s part modeling,cutting tool path generation,post code generation,and simulation process validation function can precisely finish the auto-programming of complex contour parts′processing.Practice shows that macro-programming is flexible,succinct,convenient to revise and adaptable,which makes programming easier.Mean-while,CAXA numerical control turning automatic programming simplifies the tedious node calculation and instructions′se-riatim entering work in complex curved surface parts′manual programming,which improves the processing efficiency greatly.关键词
