I C-ALR工艺处理去油脂泔水实验
Experiment on degreasing swill treatment by IC-ALR process

Abstract
The degreasing swill with rich protein and carbohydrates was treated by new internal circulation reac-tor (IC)-airlift loop reactor (ALR)process.The results show that rapidly increasing load in the start-up peri-od can improve the activity of the sludge and accelerate sludge granulation.During stable operation period, when the COD concentration of influent reached 22.4 g/L,the COD removal rate was 9 1.7%.The VFA of ef-fluent between 9.2 and 10.1 mmol/L did not adversely affect the stable operation of the IC.The effluent of IC reactor was treated by ALR reactor.When COD and NH3-N concentration reached 1 850 and 420 mg/L,ALR could remove 75% of the organic matter and 91 percent of ammonia.The concentration of effluent COD and NH3-N is 420 and 40 mg/L respectively.关键词
