中国首批低碳试点省份碳足迹的时空格局分析
Carbon footprint space-time pattern analysis from pilot low-carbon provinces in China
摘要
Abstract
Carbon footprint spatial and temporal pattern in Chinas five low-carbon pilot provinces (Guangdong, Liaoning,Hubei,Shaanxi and Yunnan)are in troduced by calculating the carbon source and carbon sink data from 2000 to 2011.It is found that carbon emissions have not been effectively reduced,and carbon dioxide in the atmosphere is gradually increasing.Restoration of farmland to forestation increases the forests to absorb car-bon dioxide,but the rapid growth of carbon emissions has far countervailed this achievement.Energy production structure is closely linked with the carbon footprint,and the coal-based energy production structure is one of the main causes of the high carbon footprint.Industrial structure is a key factor affecting carbon emissions.Accord-ingly,some effective policies are put forward in improving the efficiency of energy production and utilization, increasing forestation rate and urban greenery coverage rate in the above-mentioned provinces,optimizing the in-dustrial structure,and phasing out high-energy-consumption and high-pollution industries.关键词
