On Innovative Teaching Faculty How to Cultivate the Administrative Personnel in a Prison
摘要
Abstract
To cultivate the administrative personnel in a Prison, it is imperative to cultivate a group of innovative teaching faculties with curriculum system, teaching content and training mode as a focus and breakthrough point, relying on cooperation of profession and industry at a high level, so as to cultivate a group of well educated faculties with responsive capacity and humanistic quality who are politically literate and proficient in specialties. To reach the goal of cultivating the reformatory police at the sharp end, it is necessary to formulate a training framework featuring integration of police service and teaching activities to put theory into practice, in an effort to properly allocate and coordinate curriculum layout, faculty arrangement and training activities in practice. By researching on faculty system to promote bilateral communication and reciprocal relationship between police station and higher education system, it is to cultivate a group of faculties, who are not only competent in teaching but also in practice whether they’re served as part-time or full time faculties.关键词
