Study on Operational Mechanism of Jiangxi Province Government Think-Tanks
摘要
Abstract
The author integrates the composition, staffng, function setting of the Jiangxi government think-tank, and then analyzes current situation of Jiangxi government think tank operational mechanism development from the talent mechanism, fi nancing mechanism, achievements transformation mechanism, achievement evaluation mechanism and so on. The author points out such outstanding problems of Jiangxi government think tank running mechanism as the lack of attention of the leaders for think-tank participation decision of the policies, lack of autonomy powers during government think-tank recruitment, great administrative color , single source of funds and lack of policy environment of achievements transformation of think-tanks, and the author puts forward the effective innovation path of the operation mechanism of the Jiangxi government think-tanks.关键词
