Research on the problem of internal administrative revolution of Chinese universities in the perspective of new public service theories

Abstract
Strategic action from the direction of the theory, lookingfor the theory on internal management in China universitieshasimportant theoretical signifi cance and practical signifi cance in the period of strategic opportunities. This paper analyzes the applicability of the "new public service" in the management system of China by studying and combingthe theory,inview of the existing in the management of internal administrative power generalization, teachers encourage ineffi cient, puttingforward some measures for the degree of democratization of decision to make for internal management reform in colleges and universities to provide a new perspective.关键词
