Abstract
With the deepening of the medical system reform, nurses increasingly onerous task,rationing of nursing human resources have become increasingly prominent. In order to realize the rational allocation of nursing human resources in hospital care, improve the efficiency and level of nursing human resources management.Based on the principals of truth, systematicness and substantivity, adopting the questionnaire and statistical analytical approach, taking a corporate hospital as an example, to analyze the various factors that affect the nursing human resources of the enterprise-owned hospital by factor analysis, and propose some constructive countermeasures.关键词
