Abstract
Objective:To explore the relationships between TCM syndrome types of hypertension andβ2-microglobulin(β2-MG),so as to provide an objective basis for TCM syndrome types to guide the clinical treatment of hypertension. Meth-ods:Serum β2-MG detection of 121 cases of hypertension patients,and on the basis of Guidance Principle of Clinical Study on New Drugs of TCM in the standard for each patient by TCM syndrome types,was analyzed by SPSS17. 0 soft-ware. Results:①Compared with the control group,excessive damp-phlegm type,hyperactivity of yang due to yin defi-ciency type and deficiency of both yin and yang type of hypertension with serumβ2-MG were statistically significant( P﹤0. 01),while hyperactivity of liver-fire type of hypertension with serum β2-MG was not statistically significant( P >0. 05).②Further comparison of serumβ2-MG between deficiency of both yin and yang type and hyperactivity of yang due to yin deficiency type was statistically significant(P﹤0. 05),while further comparison of serumβ2-MG between deficien-cy of both yin and yang type and hyperactivity of liver-fire type,excessive damp-phlegm type were statistically significant (P﹤0. 01),and the result of mean comparison of serum β2-MG between different types was:deficiency of both yin and yang type>hyperactivity of yang due to yin deficiency type >excessive damp-phlegm type >hyperactivity of liver-fire type. Conclusion:①Serum β2-MG in excessive damp-phlegm type,hyperactivity of yang due to yin deficiency type and deficiency of both yin and yang type of hypertension were associated with increased in different degree,and has a certain relevance,while serum β2-MG in hyperactivity of liver-fire type has no certain relevance.②Serumβ2-MG of deficiency of both yin and yang type increased largest of degree in all TCM syndrome types,and thus can be considered that serumβ2-MG can be used as an objective index of deficiency of both yin and yang type of hypertension.关键词
