An Investigation of related factors of depression in inpatients with malignant tumor
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the incidence of depression in inpatients with malignant tumor and awareness rate of physicians for patients with depression,and discuss the related factors. Methods:291 cases of inpatients with malignant tumor were surveyed by the hamilton Depression Rating Scale( hAMD)and self-made questionnaire on the incidence of depression and related factors of the investigation and analysis. Results:①The incidence of depression of the inpatients with malignant tumor was 52. 9%;The ratio of the attending doctor perceived patients′depression was 18. 2%.②The re-lated factors included:the place of residence,family economic condition satisfaction,history of chemotherapy and times of hospitalization.③With logistic regression analysis,the place of residence,family economic condition satisfaction and his-tory of chemotherapy were included in the equation. Conclusion:The incidence of depression of inpatients with malignant tumor was high. The understanding of patients with malignant tumor should be improved to reduce the side effects of chem-otherapy and the economic pressures of casual workers and famers,so as to reduce the incidence of depression.关键词
