加味二仙颗粒治疗绝经后骨质疏松症的临床疗效观察
Clinical Efficacy of Jiaweierxian Granule Treatment on postmenopausal Women with Osteoporosis
摘要
Abstract
Objectiye:To investigate the clinical efficacy of jiaweierxian granules treatment on postmenopausal women with osteoporosis. Methods:From January,2011 to October,2012,ninety-seven postmenopausal women with osteoporosis were enrolled in a prospective study and assigned to one of two groups. The first group received an treatment with jiaweierxian granules while the second group as the control group prescript for use of Xianlinggubao capsules. All patients were pro-spectively followed,and clinical outcomes were evaluated with Visual Analog Scale,BMD,Bone turnover markers of BALP、DPD/ Cr、BGP 、CTX-Ⅰ,comprehensive evaluation of efficacy for osteoporosis. Results:Visual Analog Scale were significantly improved in two groups after treatment for 8 weeks,the improvement were more evident in the patients in treatment of jiaweierxian granules than the control group. BMD was significantly improved only after 48 weeks treatment in two groups. However,significant difference appeared in Bone turnover markers of BALP、DPD/ Cr、BGP 、CTX-Ⅰ at 12 weeks follow-up in two groups,but there was no difference between two groups in BMD and Bone turnover markers of BALP、DPD/ Cr、BGP 、CTX-Ⅰ. At final follow-up(72weeks)the rate important improvement used comprehensive evalu-ation of efficacy for osteoporosis were 85. 7% and 87. 5% respectively in two groups and had no difference statistically. Conclusion:Jiaweierxian granules treatment on postmenopausal women with osteoporosis is effective,in monitoring the ef-ficacy of treatment on postmenopausal women with osteoporosis,the changes of bone turnover markers were earlier than that of BMD.关键词
