社会心理因素与耳鼻喉疾病相关性的临床研究
Clinical study of the correlation of social psychological factors and otorhinolaryngologic disease
摘要
Abstract
Objectiye:To study the correlation of social psychological factors and otorhinolaryngologic disease. Method:By the life events scale(LES)and symptom checklist 90(SCL-90)questionnaire survey was conducted on 3 000 otorhino-laryngology clinic patients,and selected 200 cases highly correlated with social psychological factors were selected and di-vided into group A(only considering primary disease or symptoms)and group B(considering primary disease or symp-toms and social psychological factors)to compare the treatment. Result:The efficacy of the two groups after one course of treatment was significantly different( < 0. 05). Conclusion:In diagnosis and treatment process Otolaryngology doctors should pay attention to the effects of social psychological factors to relieve patientsˊ pain.关键词
