摘要
Abstract
Objectiye:To study the value of color Doppler ultrasound in diagnosis of thyroid nodules,and provide the basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods:85 cases with thyroid nodules were treated from March,2011 to Novem-ber,2013,in our hospital,their ultrasonographic features and pathological results were analyzed retrospectively,to ob-serve the value of color Doppler ultrasound in the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant thyroid nodules. Results:With Color Doppler ultrasonography in diagnosis of benign nodules,the coincidence rate was 92. 96% ,the diagnosis of malignant nodules coincidence rate was 73. 68% ,10 cases were misdiagnosed(11. 76% ). Conclusion:Color Doppler ultrasound is of high clinical value in the differential diagnosis of thyroid nodules,malignant,but there are limitations in diagnosis of micro carcinoma differentiation of benign,malignant nodules.关键词
