肥大细胞对特发性眼眶炎性假瘤纤维化的作用研究
Role of Mastocyte in the Fibrillation of Idiopathic Orbital Inflammatory Pseudotumor
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the role of mastocyte(MC)in the proliferation of fibroblast in Idiopathic Orbital In-flammatory Pseudotumor(IOIP). Methods:Rat bone marrow mastocyte and fibroblast were separated and purified,and then cultured them together and respectively. Cell morphology and cell number were observed and analyzed to investigate the role of MC in the proliferation of fibroblast. Results:Proliferation of fibroblast was significantly enhanced by culturing together with MC and cell number of MC was also significantly increased during compound culturing. There was statisti-cally significant difference(P ﹤ 0. 01). Conclusion:MC significantly promotes the proliferation of fibroblast and plays a crucial role during fibrillation in IOIP.关键词
