摘要
Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the value of color doppler echocardiography in the diagnosis of mirror-image dextrocar-dia and intracardial malformations. Methods:The ultrasound images of the 29 cases of mirror-image dextrocardia that di-agnosed by our color doppler from 2008 to 2013 were collected and analyzed. Results:In addition to the visceral trans, heart,trans,21 patients merged intracardial malformations,including 5 cases of atrial septal defect,4 cases of ventricular septal defect,4 cases of tetralogy of Fallot,2 cases of pentalogy of Fallot,1 case of corrected aorta transposition and pul-monary stenosis,1 case of double outlet of right ventricular and persistent left superior vena cava,1 case of total anoma-lous pulmonary venous drainage of supracardiac type and atrial septal defect,1 case of tetralogy of fallot with coronary ar-tery malformation,1 case of atrial septal defect with mitral valve prolapse,1 case of single ventricle with atrial septal de-fect,ectopic main artery,and patent ductus arteriosus. Conclusion:Color doppler echocardiography is a noninvasive pre-ferred examination method and can provide an objective imaging basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment in the diagnosis of mirror-image dextrocardia with intracardial malformations.关键词
