Anterolateral Thigh perforator Free Flaps for Reconstruction of Four Limb Traumatic Soft Tissue Defects
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of anterolateral thigh perforator free flaps for reconstruction of four limb soft tissue defects. Methods:Among 19 patients were treated with anteriolateral thigh perforator free flap for traumat-ic soft tissue defects from June 2010 to December 2013,15 cases were male,female 4 cases;the age of the 19 patients was ranging from 13 to 55 years old,and the average age was 33. The time between the injury and the operation was 1 h~55 d. The damaged part:9 cases in leg,5 cases in foot,2cases in forearm and 3 cases in hand. The sizes of those soft tissue defects were from 3 cm × 8 cm to 13 cm × 35 cm. Operation time,blood loss,blood transfusion,postoperative complications,flap stabilization time,second plastic surgery rates and patient satisfaction were recorded. All the patient were followed up for 6 to 24 months. Results:All flaps survived completely,the mean operation time were( 239 ± 35 ) mins,the mean blood loss were(236 ± 45)mL,the mean blood transfusion were(0. 74 ± 0. 3)U,the postoperative complication rate was 9%,the mean time for flap stabilization were(6. 4 ± 1. 2)d,the satisfaction rate of patients was 95%,reoperation rate was 5. 1%. Conclusion:The anteriolateral thigh perforator free flaps is an ideal method for repai-ring the soft tissue defects in extremities.关键词
