摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of ethinylestradiol and cyproterone acetate( Diane-35 )combined with meformin in the treatment of the patients with polycystic ovary syndrome( pCOS). Methods:Fifty-two patients with pCOS were divided into control group and observation group by hospitalizing order with 26 cases each. patients in the ob-servation group were given Diane-35 combined with metformin while patients in the control group were given Diane-35 on-ly in their treatment. And then the curative effects of the two groups were compared. Results:After treatment,the hirsut-ism of the two groups was obviously reduced,and the acne was improved to different degrees;the luteinizing hormone ( LH)and testosterone( T)sex hormone levels in both of the two groups were obviously improved;the LH of the observa-tion group was significantly lowered than the control group;the T level of the observation group was lower than that of the control group. There was statistical difference in the comparison between the two groups(p<0. 05). After treatment, when the fasting blood-glucose( FBG)level of the observation group was compared with that of the control group and be-fore treatment,there was statistical difference in all the comparison(p<0. 05). Conclusion:The clinical effect of Diane-35 combined with metformin in patients with pCOS is better than Diane-35 only. The definite clinic effect and easy taking make it worthy of clinical diffusion and application.关键词
