肝血管瘤彩色多普勒超声影像分析
Analysis of color Doppler ultrasound imaging of hepatic hemangioma
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the application value of color Doppler ultrasound imaging in diagnosis of hepatic heman-gioma. Method:Retrospective analysis was employed to analyze the features of 82 lesions of color Doppler ultrasound and the accuracy of ultrasound diagnosis in 69 cases of liver hemangioma. Result:Among 82 lesions,74 were diagnoses as he-patic hemangioma by color Doppler ultrasound. The ultrasound diagnosis coincidence rate was 90. 24%. Focal hypere-choic was Common(58). Most of the lesion types were 3 cm or less in diameter(51),located in the right lobe of the liver(64),had no blood flow signal(61). Morphological rules were more common(56). Conclusion:There is impor-tant value of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of hepatic hemangioma.关键词
