维生素E微胶囊的制备工艺研究

Abstract
Objective:To study the optimum conditions of the ultrasonic preparation of vitamin E oil-β-Cyclodextrin in-clusion complexes via optimizing the inclusion process parameters by orthogonal design.Methods:Beta-Cyclodextrin was used as wall materials.Inclusion complexation was applied to the microencapsulation of vitamin E.Results:The opti-mum condition was determined by orthogonal design and the results were as follows:the ultrasonic power was 150W with duration time of 20 min,and m (VE):m (β-cyclodextrin)=1∶9 at 30 ℃.Under the condition of the optimal selec-tion of inclusion,the inclusion rate was 83.5% and the product yield was 71.3 %.Conclusion:Under the condition, the vitamin E oil-β-Cyclodextrin inclusion complexes successfully solve the problem that vitamin E is easy to be oxidized and is instable with light and heat.It improves the stability.关键词
