微创经皮肾镜气压弹道碎石与体外冲击波碎石术治疗上尿路结石的对比研究

Abstract
Objective:To compare the clinical effects of minimally invasive percutaneous nephroscope pneumatic ballistic lithotripsy and extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy in the treatment of upper urinary stones.Methods:200 cases of pa-tients with upper urinary tract calculi (0.6~2.0 cm in diameter)were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group by lottery.Percutaneous nephroscopic pneumatic lithotripsy was adopted for the observation group,ex-tracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy for the control group.The curative effect,complication and operation index of the two groups were compared with each other.Results:In the observation group,the clearance rate for the first time was 9 1%, which was higher than that of the control group (82%),the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05 ).In the observation group the clearance rate for the second time was 96%,significantly higher than 88%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The incidence of complication,8% in the control group were signifi-cantly lower than 17% in the observation group.The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05 ).The results showed operation hemorrhage of the observation group was,length of hospital stay of the observation group was (5.12 ± 1.29)d.Both were higher than those of the control group.However,the operation time of the observation group (58.59 ±31.79)min was significantly lower than that of the control group (101.32 ±27.46)min.The difference was statisti-cally significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of upper urinary stones,the clearance rate of minimally inva-sive percutaneous nephroscope pneumatic ballistic lithotripsy is higher,but the complication rate is higher than that of the extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy.Therefore,the choice of the appropriate type of operation must be based on the ac-tual situation of patients.关键词
