126例妊娠合并子宫肌瘤临床分析

Abstract
Objective:To comprehend the clinical characteristics of pregnancy complicated with uterine myoma.Meth-ods:In this retrospective case-contol study,126 patients of pregnancy complicated with uterine myoma from Jan.2008 to Aug.2013 were compared with the control group consisting of 126 patients of pregnancy without uterine myoma who la-bored in corresponding period.Results:Compared with the control group,the incidence rate of pregnancy complications and intrapartum complications during pregnancy with uterine myoma had no significant difference.The cesarean delivery rate was 71.4%,significantly higher than that of the control group(38.9%)(P<0.001).There was no significant in-crease in the number of uterine myoma which became larger or smaller,or with 1 ~2 cm increased diameter during preg-nancy.The total was 78%;21% uterine myoma was with more than 2 cm increased diameter.There was significant difference between them (P<0.01).Conclusion:Uterine myoma in pregnancy did not significantly increase the prena-tal,intrapartum and neonatal complications.But it increased in the rate of cesarean section.Changes in uterine myoma in pregnancy are not always increases with gestational age.Patients with uterine myoma may try to conceive if they have fer-tility requirements.Prepregnancy myomectomy shoud be cautious.关键词
