摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of ganglioside and nerve growth factor combined with hyperbaric oxy-gen in the treatment of craniocerebral injury.Methods:The data of 80 patients diagnosed with craniocerebral injury and treated in our hospital were analyzed and were randomly divided into two groups,control group and experiment group. The control group received ganglioside and nerve growth factor therapy.The experiment group received combined therapy with ganglioside,nerve growth factor and hyperbaric oxygen.Results:The treatment of 95% the patients of the experi-ment group was effective,which was higher than the control group (85%)(P<0.05 );the consciousness awakening time of the experiment group was (6.29 +0.94)days,which was shorter than that of the control group (P<0.05 );NIHSS score of the experiment group was (10.8 ±1.16),which was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:The clinical effect of ganglioside and nerve growth factor combined with hyperbaric oxygen is ideal in the treatment of craniocerebral injury,worthy of promotion.关键词
