Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the clinical value of urinary trypsinogen-2 dipstick for rapid detection and diagnosis of acute pancreatitis.Methods:Colloidal gold method was applied to determination of urinary trypsinogen-2 in 9 1 patients with acute abdominal pain;rate method was applied to the determination of serum and urine amylase.Results:In 91 pa-tients ,the sensitivity of urinary trypsinogen-2 was 92.7%(38/41);the specificity was 92%(46/50).The sensitivity of detection of serum amylase was 76%(31/41),the specificity was 82%(41/50);urine amylase detection sensitivity and specificity were 63%(26/41 )and 80%(40/50).Rapid detection of urinary trypsinogen-2 sensitivity and specificity were significantly higher than that of serum and urine amylase test (P<0.05).Conclusion:In the rapid detection in the diagnosis of acute pancreatitis,urinary trypsinogen-2 sensitivity and specificity of detection are higher than the detection of serum and urine amylase.It is a new method for rapid screening in diagnosis of acute pancreatitis,worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
