摘要
Abstract
MiRNA is a class of small,noncoding RNAs of 21 ~23 nucleotides that regulate gene expression at the postt-ranscriptional level by binding to the mRNA of protein-coding genes.In recent years,roles of miRNAs in Alzheimer's dis-ease pathogenesis have been paid wide attentions.This article reviews the lately progress in the effects of miRNAs on am-yloid-beta production and the microtubule-associated protein tau metabolism,which supplies a reference for further study on AD.关键词
