GaN分子光谱特性及其势能曲线的理论研究
Theoretical studies on the spectroscopic properties and potential energy curves of GaN molecule
摘要
Abstract
The potential energy curves of the ground state and low-lying excited states of GaN molecule are calculated with abi nitio approach. The spectroscopic parameters of the bound states were determined by numerical solution the nuclear Schrödinger equation. The spectroscopic constants of the molecule can support help for future experimental studies.关键词
