基于因子分析与AHP的新建本科院校教师职业能力评价指标体系研究
Research on evaluation index system of teachers' occupational ability of newly-established universities based on the combination of AHP and factor analysis

Abstract
Teachers of 6 newly-established universities in Heilongjiang were investigated by self-inspection questionnaire survey about teachers′occupational ability.Then get the relevant data of the quantitative indexes and three public factors with comparatively clear meanings were drew by factor analysis for 9 evaluation index.With these public factors,AHP models was built. Obtained the ranking of a comprehensive evaluation for the 6 universities through this model finally.The results was basically consistent with the facts,but only one university contrary to expectation.We hope that we can explore the corresponding countermeasures,and promote the construction and development of teachers team of the newly-established universities.关键词
