Abstract
The teaching method for cultivating the three levels ability is put forward. It contains three levels, cultivating ability,strengthen ability and enhance ability.The instructional design of 555 timer is gave an example, in order to introduce how to cultivating the three levels ability of students.The teaching practice proved the teaching effect is good.关键词
